Lis Wiehl (born September 19, 1959) is a famous American author, and Former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is adjunct professor of Law at New York Law School. In the past, she was an the associate professor at Law University of Washington Law School. She's provided legal commentaries for National Public Radio and Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor. She appeared regularly for The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today, The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly, The Kelly File with Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, Washington, and she graduated from West Valley High School in Yakima. She received her degree from Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree at the age of 33 in. In 1985 she received the Master of Arts Degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987, she received a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor for the US Attorney's Office. Her role was as the correspondent for legal issues for NPR's All Things Considered. She served as "deputy chief investigatory attorney for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's imposition. She was a tenured professor in legal studies in the University of Washington School of Law, Seattle from 1995-2001 She also directed an organization called the Trial Advocacy Program. From 2001 until 2017 Wiehl was an analyst in the field of law for Fox News.
